Hallberg-Rassy Parts processes personal data according to the Personal Data Act in order to send information in the future. All the information you have submitted is treated confidentially. Your personal data is used strictly within the Hallberg-Rassy group. The information is used in order to perform the requested services and to develop and/or inform you about additional products and services provided by us.
Payment in this webshop can only be made by credit card / debit card, such as MasterCard and Visa.
Most items listed in the webshop are stock items and can therefore be shipped right away. During high season also these products may take up to one week before dispatched. For items ordered that we do not hold in stock and where we expect a further delivery time than the above stated one week, we will notify the purchaser our expected delivery time.
4. Delivery and transport
All goods are shipped Ex.work. Transport insurance can be ordered separate. Transport damages have to be claimed with the delivery driver directly on arrival. Make sure the driver registry the damage in his hand-computer or/and on paper, and document also the damage packages BEFORE opening it with photos. This is our only chance to claim the damage with the transport company. Without registered damage as well as photo, we stand no chance claiming this with the transport company.
Cost for freight will be added to the final Invoice.
We will do our best to find the most cost efficient shipment for your order.
5. Return policy
Return policy for products ordered in the Hallberg-Rassy Parts WEB-Shop.
We follow the CE-rules for returns of products that have been ordered in our WEB-Shop.
This right to return products is valid if you if you are a private consumer and residence in any of the CE member states.
Excluded from the above return policy are items that have been special ordered based on your order. Windscreens, Sails, ports, skylights fitted sheets for example.

before you order from the WEB-Shop.
Products that you return should be returned in the original package. Returns are not accepted on products that come in a sealed package. Examples are CD, DVD, Charting software incl. electronic charts, books, etc.
We also do not accept returns on products that have been used in any way.
If you want to utilize your right to return any goods that you have order you should send us a mail to firstname.lastname@example.org
within 14 days after you have received the goods. In the email you should state, name, address and invoice number for the parts that you want to return.
The items should be returned to Hallberg-Rassy Parts 7 days from the day you have got a confirmation of your written notification to Hallberg-Rassy Parts AB.
The return freight is paid by you the consumer. We advise you to ship the product with a traceable carrier as you are responsible if the goods do not arrive to Hallberg-Rassy Parts. We will refuse packages where the return freight is not prepaid by you.
Hallberg-Rassy Parts AB will refund the invoiced amount within 30 Days. We will pay back the amount in the same currency as originally invoiced. Hallberg-Rassy Parts AB cannot be held responsible for any changes in the exchange rate, or banking fees on the customer’s side.
