The Sprayhood/Cockpit Extension for Hallberg-Rassy 40 is fastened to the cockpit coaming with elastic rubber rings or stud holes in the canvas, to go on the stainless steel studs on the cockpit coaming.
There is 4 models of Extension for the Hallberg-Rassy 40.
Model 1 : First boat only
Model 2 : Will fit boat with build No. 2 - 40 for sure. If you are onboard or if you have the previous Extension available, check the different pattern for the stainless steel studs / fasteners on the boat. Please view the 2nd photo for this product. This photo show distance between the 7 studs for the aft section of the Extension for both Model M-2 and Model M-3.
Boats between build number 41 and 63, Please check the different meassurement given for Model 2 and Model 3.
Model 3: Will fit boats with build no 64 untill approx 153. If you are onboard or if you have the previous Extension available, check the different pattern for the stainless steel studs / fasteners on the boat. Please view the 2nd photo for this product. This photo show distance between the 7 studs for the aft section of the Extension.
Model 4: Will fit boats from approx build no 153 and onwards.
