Some years back a slightly different model was used. When older model is replaced, new holes are required.
Now this model have been used for several years.
This is a PREMIUM QUALITY PRODUCT where the pin/lever is welded in place, making it last for a long time and the way of manufacturing it, will make it rattle less. Also the look of this fitting is very nice.
